Strategy Planning
Insights from church leaders on the process that Jimmy uses for Strategic Development in churches, associations and various ministries that he has worked in conjunction with.
Here is what key leaders are saying about EEministries strategic planning implementation.

Marty Youngblood—Pastor Wellness Catalyst, Southeast Region, Georgia Baptist Mission Board—says the following, in response to what he read and heard when the strategic plan was rolled out for the Ogeechee River Baptist Network:
“I thought the strategic process was excellent, beginning with the team —a good cross section of pastors who represented the association well, including pastors on the cutting edge of ministries for this generation. They also understand the needs of the current traditional church members. I think key components like the name change from Ogeechee River Baptist Association to (Network) make it feel more contemporary and expandable for the next generation. I also like how they focused on some of the outdated bylaw issues that needed to be updated. Most of all, I like how they previewed this potential new strategy with a group of selected pastors and leaders in the association and gave an opportunity for input before it went to the annual associational meeting for a vote.
I think every association should put together a strategic team to look at the health in future partnerships and ministries in this changing culture that we’re living in. Yet never forgetting that our mandate is to love God and one another (Matt 22) and our mission is to take the gospel throughout our churches, communities, and the ends of the earth. (Matt 28)”
Tony Pagliarullo
Pastor — Old Fellowship Baptist Church & Past Moderator for the Ogeechee River Baptist Network
Jimmy worked with our Strategy Development team for our association over the course of several months to help us pray and think through the best future for the association. His leadership and expertise helped guide our team through the process. In helping us consider God’s path forward for our network of churches, Jimmy encouraged us to make prayer our beginning point, middle point, and ending point. To that end, we prayerfully came to a path forward that the Lord is continuing to lead us down.
Through the process, I came to count Jimmy as a friend and brother in Christ. His servant-minded leadership makes him a great resource for other churches and/or associations seeking to determine God’s next steps. I’m grateful for his friendship and leadership in ministry.
Jeff Parmer
Network Missionary — Ogeechee River Baptist Network
“I am glad to recommend Jimmy Blanton and EE Ministries. His God-given wisdom and gracious spirit were a blessing to our association. As he worked with our Strategy Development Team, Jimmy listened carefully, shared insight with kindness, and consistently pointed us back to God’s heart. EE Ministries helped us not only find practical direction but also stay focused on advancing the Kingdom. If your church or association longs to know God’s preferred future, I strongly encourage two steps: one, to earnestly seek the Father in prayer and two, invite the partnership of EE Ministries and Jimmy Blanton. I believe you will, as we did, experience God’s faithful provision through His servants.”
