I am excited to announce the launch of a new nonprofit organization, Equipping and Encouraging Church Leaders, Inc. This ministry is inspired by Deuteronomy 3:28, where God instructs Moses to “encourage and strengthen” Joshua. As the name suggests, our focus will be to “minister to ministers,” with a particular emphasis on supporting small church leaders.

In this new ministry, I will be engaging in one-on-one mentoring, life coaching, and providing spiritual support to ministers. Recognizing that many ministers face financial hardships, often working multiple jobs or living paycheck to paycheck, I am also committed to offering financial assistance for medical bills, missed paychecks, or other pressing needs. By meeting these practical needs, I hope to build credibility and foster deeper, more meaningful relationships, enabling me to effectively coach, mentor, and counsel these leaders.

This ministry is one of grace. Those we serve are not required to pay me for my time nor my expenses, though they may choose to do so if they desire. This brings me to the purpose of this letter: I am seeking your prayerful support for this new venture. Anita and I have personally invested around $17,000 to get Equipping and Encouraging Church Leaders, Inc. off the ground in 2023. Now, we are working to secure funding for the next fifteen months.

I humbly ask that you pray about supporting this ministry. If you feel led to contribute financially, your generosity would be deeply appreciated. If not, I greatly value your prayers and encouragement.   If you desire to see a budget let me know and I will be glad to send one to you.
